Iraqi Journal of Information and Communication Technology (IJICT) publishes fully open access articles, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication. The IJICT publisher and editor are always willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed. All articles published in the IJICT are fully open access; immediately freely available to read, download and share.
